“ Stopped here for dinner before a concert and had an amazing experience. Food and drinks were excellent and the service was fantastic! That street corn pasta may just be the best side dish I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back! ”
“ I was torn between the Brekky Sando and the Pork Belly hash. Went with the Pork Belly and I'm so happy I did! The Pork is sweet but not too sweet, the latkes are perfectly crispy and salty. Plus the addition of the arugula helps it from being too heavy. I also tried the Lemongrab baby which makes me think of a lemon bar but isn't overly sweet. Mine came with blackberries which pairs perfectly with the lemon curd. Overall I'm so insanely satisfied. I can't wait to take more people here! ”
“ If you're wondering where to go for a cool brunch, look no further. We went to Manuscript for Sunday brunch, and I am still thinking about it on Thursday! The staff was quick and polite, and the food was excellent. The place has a cool vibe, the type of place you want to catch up with an old friend over a beverage and some crispy pork belly.....which is amazing because every table looked like they were having a beverage and amazing breakfast! We had a breakfast sandwich, the pork belly hash, and a GIANT Lemon grab Baby (which is just like a Dutch baby only with lemon curd and huckleberry jam). There wasn't a scrap of food left over. Everything was so amazingly tasty that we all left fully and happy. We will definitely be back to try more of their menu. It is a great place to go in Tacoma! ”
“ Brunch was excellent, we had the eggs in purgatory and the chilaquiles, both were delicious. It’s also such a small thing but I need to whoever they get their coffee from it was so good. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambiance was trendy and eclectic. Price for the meal was perfectly reasonable too. Will definitely be back! ”
“ As it was our first time at Manuscript, we decided to try their house-made pasta. It was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Frutti di Mare and the Creamy Tomato Cavatappi — both dishes were outstanding. The pasta had a tender, chewy texture, and all the flavors were perfectly balanced ”
“ We came in on Mother’s Day it was incredibly busy regardless we received amazing service by Jessie. She was attentive and just overall wonderful, It was an absolute treat. Also the banana bread pudding was life changing my god, you can’t go wrong with the food here 10/10 all around ”
“ What a fantastic restaurant. I went for their brunch menu, and I had the pork belly hash and the lemongrab baby for desert. They had great music and atmosphere. I will be back. ”
“ The food itself is heavenly! We ordered the pork belly, the salmon Frutti Di Mare, and a lavender tiramisou. ALL of their pasta is freshly hand made, and yes you absolutely can tell the difference. Best resturaunt in Tacoma for me, prices are what you would be paying elsewhere else but you get legit food. The pork belly disolves in your mouth, and the pasta has a perfect balance of flavor. Highly recommend. ”
